Terms of Service
At Ultralight Control Systems Inc. (ULCS) we take great pride in manufacturing the best underwater and cinematography accessories available on the market.
If for any reason you have a problem with our part or product, please see the Terms of Service below and contact us immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
Parts and products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition. You must have proof of purchase and must have been purchased directly from ULCS.
Shipping costs are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to anything that does not meet the above conditions.
Missing, Damaged Parts and Defects
If for any reason you receive an item or items that have missing parts and/or are damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you purchased the part directly from ULCS. Please be sure to keep the packaging materials, make notes of the damage and if possible, take pictures. ULCS will pay shipping costs for all missing, damaged, and/or defective parts when purchased directly from ULCS.
Warranty
Ultralight Control Systems Inc. products are built with pride and should be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind all our products for life to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the part has not been used as intended. In some cases, we will ask for pictures in advance and if needed, the part for evaluation. If this happens, we will cover shipping costs both ways.
Dealer Purchases
If you purchased your ULCS product from one of our dealers, please check with the dealer first for any of the above issues.
